Sheppard Diagnostic Tool is RH Sheppard’s official PC-based diagnostic software that provides technicians with diagnostic and troubleshooting assistance to support Sheppard™ Power Steering systems.

This product is an annual subscription. The subscription begins on the date of purchase. For credit card purchases, subscription renewal will be automatically billed each year prior to expiration of the subscription.

• Comprehensive diagnostic tool for ALL RH Sheppard electronic systems. Perform Sheppard Active Steering system diagnostics with OEM-level precision, access Sheppard exclusive calibration routines, health checks, and firmware updates for enhanced maintenance.
• An active annual subscription is needed to access this diagnostic tool which also includes all updates at no additional charge. The subscription begins on the date of purchase.
• Technicians will be able to read and reset active and inactive DTCs (diagnostic trouble codes), run tests and calibrate ECUs using the Field Service Tool embedded in Sheppard DiagnosticTool using the Sheppard Gear serial number.
• Three languages are supported within the tool at the click of a button: English, Spanish and French.
• An RP1210-C compliant adaptor is required to connect the laptop to the vehicle.

This is the official diagnostic tool for Sheppard™ Power Steering systems. It offers step-by-step, interactive on-screen guidance for fault code reading, system calibration, health checks and firmware updates, all aligned to factory specifications. Direct integration of proprietary data ensures that every test and adjustment meets original equipment standards, the company added. Embedded help links will connect technicians to support staff for real-time assistance and technical advice. SDT is available as a standalone program and works with any RP1210-compliant VCI.
